This was a busy day at the conference. Four workshop talks, along with chairing half of a workshop.
Lunch: hong/ shao nio/ nan/ mein\. (beef noodle soup)
The conference welcome reception featured a peking duck station. I had enough PD here for the rest of the trip.
Went out to Ho\ Hai~ jio~ ba jie (a lake surrounded by bars). One spot we stopped at featured "Griled Paddywack" which turned out to be grilled tendon.
Various meats on sticks and some dumplings. The chicken hearts were surprisingly popular.
