Clay Roasted Fun

My brother came to visit Atlanta for the NHL All-Star Game. Friday night we went to a Korean restaurant called Budnamu, that specializes in clay-roasted items which we had to call ahead to have them prepare.

Banchan.

Carcass of the clay-roasted duck; filled with purple rice, chestnuts, and some other stuff (I seem to recall red dates).

A piece of the roasted pumpkin. The stuffing is pretty much the same as the duck.
